Igniting adventure and hope through stories
My son inspired me to start writing adventurous children's books. He loved it when I would make up stories to tell him at bedtime. He would get lost in the adventures of Pumpkinpire and always want more. I want my readers to feel the same sense of adventure and hope when they read my books for themselves or their children. I want them always to remember that love conquers all!
Beyond the page: A peek into my world
In addition to writing, I am also a singer and songwriter. I have also just begun my adventure into acting and have already signed with a major agency. I can't wait to see where life goes from here!
The journey from idea to adventure
I take my inspiration from other authors such as R.L. Stine. When I have an idea, I jot a quick note in my phone and expand it from there. I had a very active imagination as a child, so I have always had these ideas of adventure. Bringing a book to life takes a lot of work and dedication, but I stay motivated by not only my friends and family but my desire to bring happiness to other people's lives as well.
